Jack Zhang    CEO
Before founded Uwaysoft, Jack Zhang held several management positions in other companies. He worked as Sales Manager in Kingsoft Corp. (since 1996), Sales Director in Genius Corp. (since 1998), VP in Generic Software Division of Digital China Corp. (since 2000), the division that he managed in Digital China created revenue of 130 million USD.
James Liu Executive     VP
James Liu received a master's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Before joining Uwaysoft, he is VP and CTO of Telecom Division of Digital China Corp. James Liu is one of the two employed experts who take part in the scrafting of BOSS1.0 specification of China Mobile. He served as project manager of BOSS of Henan branch of China Mobile from June, 2002 to April, 2003. He led the team building modules such as billing, account, operation, large client management, channel management, etc.
Dr. Alexander Feng    CTO
Dr. Alexander Feng is a PMP expert of PMI, expert member of China Software Association and expert member of China Software Testing & QA Center. CMMI certified SPEG leader. He did his Masters in electronic engineering from the Dalian University of Technology in 1998 and his Ph.D from Tianjin University in 2001. He is one of leading experts of embedded system design in China.   
Rocky Lee    COO
Rocky Lee holds a bachelor's degree from National University of Defence Technology in 1997 and MBA from Peking University in 2006. He began his career from Beijing Aerospace Control Center, worked as programmer, software architect and project manager. Since 2001, he founded a company in Beijing doing IT system integration business. In 2004 Rocky Lee was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Uwaysoft.
Franklin Huang    CFO
Franklin Huang holds a bachelor's degree from Zhengzhou University in 1990 and MBA from Peking University in 2004. He began his career from banking industry. He worked as director of credit in China Construction Bank, branch of Hainan province since 1996, and VP of Guangdong Yinda Investment Corp. since 2000.
