In 2004
 Uwaysoft Information Development Company was founded and start its domestic software outsource business.

 

In 2007
 Uwaysoft's Atlanta division in USA was officially registered to establish on October 7th, 2007! That indicates Uwaysoft strides into a new stage in developing software outsourcing business and participating in international markets.
 Among 7 employees at USA Atlanta division, they not only include business experts who are familiar with American and other markets, but also involve leading technological elite. Such highly qualified team certainly will boost development and flourish of the company.
 The prosperous and thriving Uwaysoft with the established division will certainly bring a larger development space and more successes to the software outsourcing field, which further promotes the company to explore businesses, perfect service, and set up brand. The division establishment not only stands for a try that the domestic small-medium enterprise heads for international markets, but also an example that Chinese software outsourcing business moves into the world.

In 2008
 Uwaysoft joined the GALA on 8th January, 2008. Accepted by the organization is a great reward for our persistent endeavor. It represents that our localization business has become more and more prosperous and international. More importantly, it certainly will benefit our business in virtue of GALA's wide industry impact and international platform.
 September 16, 2008, Uwaysoft passed ISO9001:2000 certification process, which means our developing management process is qualified to the ISO9001:2000 standard.
 Our QA team and development staff has been prepared for more than a year on ISO9001:2000 certification stuff. Through this process, we can provide our customer better quality and standard project management workflow.
 Uwaysoft joined the IT association of Beijing. The IT association of Beijing was founded by some famous institutes and enterprises here in Beijing. The goal of the association is following the IT industry policy of the government and connecting government and enterprises together, improve the level of the whole IT marketplace. Also, the IT association of Beijing is in charge of evaluating some IT certificate of enterprises, introducing overseas customer to IT enterprises in Beijing, providing IT policy consulting service to the government. Every year, the association organizes many seminars, expositions and publications.
 December 10, 2008, with the first auspicious snow of this winter, there was good news that our company's Six Software Systems had formally got the six certificates of Registration of Copyright in Computer Software which was audited and issued by NCAC. The Six Software Systems were as follows: Uwaysoft Enrollment Administrative System V1.0, Uwaysoft Knowledge Management Systems V1.0 (KMS), Uwaysoft Content Management Systems V1.0 (CMS), Uwaysoft Project Management Systems V1.0 (PMS), Uwaysoft Product Development Management Systems V1.0 (PDM), and Uwaysoft Vertical Search Engine V1.0.
 Since entering software outsource service business in 2004, Uwaysoft has accumulated plenty of integrated service experience via four years of development. Uwaysoft can provide customers custom solutions to meet their specific needs, as well as the perfect service system to guaranty their interests.
 At the same time, by considering as the third service provider, Uwaysoft can evaluate and fix inter-connection problems between products of different brands. This eases customers, guaranties the safety and reliability of the system, the promptness and convenience of customer services, and protects the investment of customers and help them to realize their ideas, as most as possible.
