ODC Center

• The Offshore Development Center (ODC) is a dedicated software development center located outside of the client's premises. ODC is designed to develop, test and maintain software solutions and applications for the client. Uwaysoft has scalable resources to economically provide high quality ODC resources.

  ODC allows our clients focus on product design and architecture, while Uwaysoft's staff economically implements clients' requirements. Uwaysoft's ODC model is particularly successful because our onshore consultants and project managers work closely with both the client and offshore facilities to ensure smooth communication and execution.

  Build, Operation and Transfer Offshore Development Center

  The Build, Operation and Transfer (BOT) model is a logical extension of the Managed ODC. Uwaysoft builds a dedicated ODC for the customer and operates the ODC for a specific amount of time. When the customer is ready, the ODC is transferred to the client who manages the operation on an ongoing basis. The TO model is most effective when particular intellectual property assets are involved.

  Joint Venture

  The Joint Venture model is a hybrid of the Managed ODC and the Build, Operation and Transfer ODC. This model brings a higher level of flexibility to clients with vastly different needs.
